Job Description

The Department of Economics in the Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Oklahoma invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Applied Microeconomics. A successful candidate must be an outstanding researcher and teacher. The appointment will begin August 16, 2026.

Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate and graduate level classes. The successful candidate will be capable of contributing to our doctoral sequence and our undergraduate programs. The regular teaching load is 2:2. Salary and benefits are competitive. A background check is required for employment.
